Neribel Chardon

Associate

Neribel Chardon is licensed to practice law in Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Prior to joining the firm, Mrs. Chardon concentrated her practice in Labor and Employment Law. Mrs. Chardon’s Labor and Employment practice mainly focused on consulting and defense litigation on Fair Labor Standards Act, discrimination and sexual harassment cases. As part of her practice, Mrs. Chardon participated on collective bargaining agreements negotiations, arbitration of labor disputes and litigation at the National Relations Board. Mrs. Chardon also served as resource and speaker for training and seminars for employers on all Employment Law areas.

While in Law School, Neribel worked as a professor assistant and editor for the “Revista de Derecho Puertorriqueño” Law Review. Mrs. Chardon completed her undergraduate degree with a major in Labor Relations for which she was awarded the Dean’s Award to the highest grade-point average.

Neribel worked as Human Resources Manager for companies in the transportation, medical supplies and construction industries. She also sat on AOAO’s boards of directors and more recently, served as member of the General Contractors Association of Hawaii, Human Resources Committee.

Neribel enjoys voluntary and community work. She has volunteered as youth mentor, basketball assistant coach and translator.
