Steven Iwamura has earned a national reputation for expertise in the foreclosure of residential mortgages in Hawaii, based on his 20+ years of practice in this area of law. Mr. Iwamura provides practical solutions to National Banks, National Servicers and Governmental Sponsored Enterprises on issues related to mortgage foreclosures in Hawaii. Mr. Iwamura has assembled a dedicated team of attorneys and paralegals, who all work out of the Honolulu office to provide legal services that exceed client expectations and investor guidelines.

He is a speaker on foreclosure issues at USFN events and provides onsite training at client offices.

Mr. Iwamura has been recognized by U.S. News & World Report (2015 to current) and in Honolulu Magazine (2015-current) as a Best Lawyer in Mortgage Banking Foreclosure Law.
