Our clients include major agricultural companies, purchasers and sellers of hotel, resort, and commercial properties, long-term owners of Hawaii real estate, and timeshare operators, as well as developers. We maintain close working relationships with planning and regulatory officials of the U.S. Government, State of Hawaii, City and County of Honolulu, and County of Maui, which facilitate our clients obtaining planning, permitting, and other regulatory approvals. We also work closely with the major escrow and title companies in the state to provide smooth and expeditious closings of transactions.
