CIPN Iwamura Pulice & Nervell’s Litigation Team provides experienced, professional, innovative, and cost-effective services to effectively represent clients and to resolve disputes in all civil matters that involve litigation in State and Federal courts, as well as through mediation and alternative dispute resolution, where appropriate.

Each litigation matter is carefully reviewed with the client and a fee arrangement is created, whether based upon an hourly charge, fixed fee or a contingency arrangement or other innovative approach, customized to suit the client’s situation, interests and resources. The fee arrangement for every litigation matter undertaken by the firm is confirmed in a written agreement with the client.

The lead litigation attorneys, Scott I. Batterman, Carlos Perez-Mesa, and Reginald K.T. Yee, have over a century of combined experience in litigation matters having represented both plaintiffs and defendants, including major contractors, large and small businesses, business professionals, insurance companies and others, in a wide variety of civil matters.
