Diana Sumarna concentrates her practice in the areas of estate planning and probate, commercial and corporate law, with a special passion for international business law.
Diana graduated from the William S. Richardson School of Law, with certificates in International and Comparative Law as well as Pacific-Asian Legal Studies. During her law school career, Diana served as the Secretary of the Student Bar Association, the President of the Law & Business Organization, a member of the Phi Delta Phi International Legal Honor Society, and a community member of CodeX at the Stanford Center for Legal Information. Diana additionally spent some time externing with the University of Hawaii’s Office of Legal Affairs and General Counsel and with Hayabusa Asuka Law Offices in Tokyo, Japan.
Diana’s background also includes experience in life and chemical sciences and national credentials as a senior professional in Human Resources as well as a project manager, focusing on performance and organizational culture optimization in both public and private sectors.
