Marjorie contributes a deep and thorough knowledge of real estate and financial institution law to her client’s matters.
In real estate matters, Marjorie has extensive experience advising clients in commercial transactions (structuring, negotiating, and closing large land transactions for industrial properties, hotels, and shopping centers); consumer credit loan documentation; conveyance documents for all real estate transactions (including residential, commercial, fee simple, leasehold, split fee, timeshare, and cooperatives); Land Court matters; commercial lease documentation for commercial office, industrial, retail and mixed use developments; commercial loan documentation for real estate and non-real estate secured loans; and real estate title review.
Marjorie also has extensive experience advising and counseling financial institutions in fiduciary and trust real estate matters; regulatory compliance for financial institutions; and lease to fee conversion project documentation.
