Jonathan M. Heilman

Jonathan Heilman received his Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Indiana University and his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law. Mr. Heilman has been licensed in Illinois since 2007 with the emphasis of his practice in property & casualty, and other construction-related matters.
Prior to joining Pulice Nervell, AAL, Mr. Heilman was the Deputy Director of Claims for the Honolulu Authority of Rapid Transportation (HART). While at HART, Mr. Heilman oversaw and managed the claims department for a 12-billion-dollar construction project to build Hawaii’s first mass transit rail system. Prior to his time at HART, Mr. Heilman was in-house counsel for Chubb Insurance, where he primarily practiced subrogation law and handled claims throughout the Midwest.
