Clay Chapman insurance counsel have litigated insurance issues in federal and state court, including the Hawaii Supreme Court and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mediation and Arbitration Services

Mr. Crumpton serves as a mediator and arbitrator in a wide range of insurance cases. He has taught negotiations, mediation and arbitration at Hawaii Pacific University since 1994, and is a frequent lecturer and trainer on mediation and arbitration topics to attorneys, insurance professionals and business consumers of legal and dispute resolution services.
