Government Affairs Practice

At Clay Chapman Iwamura Pulice & Nervell, we don't just follow the laws on the books; we help shape the laws on behalf of our clients.  Grounded in trust and respect earned over years of experience in and around government, our Government Affairs/Public Policy section helps clients navigate the complex law-making processes of the State Legislature, county councils, and government agencies.  The section is headed by Gordon M. Arakaki, a former Chief of Staff/Committee Clerk of the Hawaii State Senate Ways and Means Committee.
