Derek Wong concentrates his practice in the areas of real estate, commercial and residential foreclosures, lender liability defense, civil litigation, banking and financial services and bankruptcy representation for creditors.

Derek was admitted to the Hawaii Bar in 1986 after graduating from the University of Hawaii with a Bachelor of Business Administration and receiving his law degree from the University of San Francisco in 1985.

Derek is a member of the Hawaii State Bar Association and a member of the Sections on Collections, Bankruptcy and Real Property. Derek is also a member of the Hawaii Financial Regulatory Compliance Association.

Derek was born in Honolulu and enjoys his island home.
