Brad concentrates his practice in the areas of real estate development and finance, real estate workouts and restructuring, real estate foreclosure, insolvency, purchase and sales contracts, exchange agreements, ground and retail leases, limited partnerships, joint venture agreements, business and corporate formation, commercial transactions, corporate litigation and commercial litigation.
Brad was admitted to the Hawaii Bar in 1989 after graduating from the University of Hawaii with a Bachelor of Arts degree and receiving his law degree from Golden Gate University in 1988. Brad served as a Deputy Prosecutor for the City and County of Honolulu from 1989 to 1995. Brad currently serves as a Special Assistant Attorney General for the State of Hawaii, Insurance Division.
Brad is a member of the Hawaii State Bar Association and the American Bar Association ( Member: Litigation, Business and Real Estate Sections).
