Anders G. O. Nervell's practice emphasizes all aspects of residential and commercial real property development, transactions and financing.

Mr. Nervell represents parties in the development of condominium projects and subdivisions, and in the structuring, negotiation and documentation of real property acquisitions, dispositions and commercial leases. Mr. Nervell has extensive experience in real property conveyancing and financing matters, and he counsels condominium associations on general management and governance issues.

Mr. Nervell received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, with distinction, from the University of Hawaii in 1988. He received his Juris Doctor degree in 1991 from California Western School of Law, where he served on the editorial board for the law review.

Mr. Nervell is a member of the Real property and Financial Services Section of the Hawaii State Bar Association, and the Real property, probate and Trust Law Section of the American Bar Association. He speaks fluent Swedish, and is a member of the Swedish American Bar Association.
